About the share
The company's B shares have been quoted on the NGM Equity exchange since September 2002. One Round lot is 50 000 shares.
Trading in convertibles of serie B started July 2003 under with the ticker of Hebi KvB. One Round lot is 5000 convertibles at a nominal of one SEK.
The company's share capital is divided into series of A, B and D shares. Each series of A shares carries one vote, each series of D shares 1/2 vote and each series of B shares 1/10 vote at General Meetings
