Bydalen is wonderful fisching resort in the Oviksfjällen mountains in Jämtland County. Summer tempts with unique fishing in the rivers Dammån and Storån and accommodation with instant access to fine hiking trails up on the slopes.
In wintertime Bydalen is a popular, but calm and family friendly ski resort suitable for skiers attracted by really good and varied skiing in many pistes and who dislike queuing for the lifts. The atmosphere here is quiet and friendly with everything within easy reach and scenic wilderness in a valley at ‘road’s end’.
In Bydalen you will be staying adjacent to the lifts and Bydalens Wärdshus with reception, mini-shop and Bydalens Kök & Bar for good food and drink, cosy fireplace atmosphere and unrivalled views of Mount Drommen and over Lake Dalsjön.
